Last Day of my Internship

Well, the day has finally arrived. It's the final day of my IA, well at least the official final day. Although it's going to be a busy one, I thought that I should take some time to write a post, to commemorate this day, to remember it so that a few months or years down the road, I can look back on this post to bring back the memories of the wonderful experiences I had here. At the same time I thought that it'd be appropriate to do some acknowledgements to the people at my company...

I think my company supervisor has been the best supervisor I could ever have hoped to get for my internship. He's understanding, friendly and even helped me plan for my future, my working future that is. Haha. So I want to thank him again for all he has done.

Yup, of course I must thank my fellow colleagues here in my division. Although I didn't really have much of an opportunity to interact with them cos they were always super busy, they were always friendly and helpful whenever I approached them for help.

Last but not least, I also want to thank the HR department here. Why? Cos they've been a great help on matters outside my project work. I know that it has been a hectic 5+ months for them as well as us. :)

I guess the people I am really going to miss most are my fellow interns here, especially those in the same building as me. Having lunch with them everyday and pulling all the weird stunts we did has made us relatively good friends. I guess the feeling now is somewhat like how I felt about my NS friends when I ORD'ed - you know that you'd miss them, but you'd probably never have a gathering with them, for a long while at least...

Well, that's about all the time I have to post. You guys/gals have a nice Last Day of IA! Have to leave for farewell party preparations at 9:30 and I still have to do clearance before then. I also have to do a presentation today, so wish me luck! ;)
